Appr. $4.03/lb actual meat after trimming
Appr. 275 lbs. of Meat
Quarter- $2.90/lbs hanging weight (This includes butcher fees)
Appr. $4.08/lb actual meat after trimming
Appr. 140 lbs. of Meat
Grain Finished- Add $.20/lb to the hanging weight price of the grass beef
